1. Vehicle Sales
All vehicle purchases are subject to availability and approval. We strive to ensure all vehicles are accurately
represented, but we are not liable for typographical errors or omissions in listings.
- All vehicles are sold as-is, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- A 30-day limited warranty may apply to certain vehicles (see Warranty section).
- Prices listed do not include taxes, registration fees, or dealer documentation fees unless specified.
2. Warranty & Service
Vehicles sold with a warranty will have warranty terms clearly listed on the bill of sale. Any service issues post-purchase must be reported promptly and are subject to inspection.
3. Deposits & Holds
Vehicle deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. A deposit holds thevehicle for a maximum of 72 hours unless an alternate timeline is agreed upon.
4. Consignment Vehicles
Vehicles listed on consignment are owned by private individuals. MTech Auto Sales acts as a facilitator and
is not responsible for title status, mechanical condition, or financing of consigned units.
5. Website Use
All content, photos, and logos on this website are property of MTech Auto Sales or used with permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
MTech Auto Sales is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the use or purchase of any vehicle from our inventory.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately uponposting to this website.
